Pre-owned Panerai Luminor Ref. PAM00561 (2014) came to market in 2014 and is essentially the white-dial counterpart to the PAM00560 from the same era. It features the brand's classic cushion-shaped case, the robust cushion-shaped crown guard, and the classic two-hand dial. The difference is that crisp white dial. It's a far departure from the traditional black-dial diver's tool watch of the 1950s, but one that's still very much sought after among modern collectors. This example displays the time with sharp black Arabic numerals and luminescent dots, which are very easy to read in any light with a quick twist of the wrist. The caliber P.50000 is a hand-wound movement with an incredible 8-day power reserve. Set it for the week and forget it.

The watch was delivered in record time and in a better condition than shown online. Price was very fair and quite better than many of the other known online sellers (especially those who describe themselves as Panerai specialists) but charge ridiculous prices for non-limited edition models. It might be the lighting used, but the photographs highlighted such microscopic flaws that aren't normally visible in normal viewing conditions, which is great! Also the installed strap seems new and unworn in a navy color, which is fantastic. Overall an excellent watch and a very pleasant purchase experience. Thanks Paul!
