This vintage Patek Philippe reference 3430 is in overall great, attractive vintage condition. The case is in good condition with normal signs of wear; the hallmark on the side of the case is at 4 o'clock is visible (shows signs of a previous polish). The dial is in overall good, attractive condition and appears to have been cleaned in the past. The hour markers and hands have developed patina. The bracelet is signed by Patek on the back of the clasp with a "750" hallmark. The outer clasp shows signs of polishing and the Calatrava Cross is no longer visible. The integrated bracelet is in overall very good condition with normal signs of wear; it will fit up to a 7.5 inch wrist.
Pre-owned Patek Philippe ref 3430 is a beautiful bracelet watch. Patek introduced this reference in 1958 and was in production until the early 1970s; it was offered in 18k yellow, rose, white gold and platinum. The example we have here is cased in 18k yellow gold and has a lovely integrated bracelet with an oversized "hobnail" / diamond pattern looking motif. When this watch came out it was intended for a mans wrist, but today would be great for a man or woman.
I thought this watch would make a good gift for my wife. A nice watch and looks even better in person.
