Patek designed it to be an everyday luxury watch. Something elegant enough for evening wear but practical enough to stay on the wrist around the clock, which is where the “Twenty~4” name comes from. While the collection has expanded over the years with round automatic models, the original cuff-style design remains its most recognizable form. Ref. 4910/10A-001 stays true to that signature look. The black dial is a classic, understated backdrop, framed by rows of brilliant-cut diamond hour markers running vertically along each side of the dial. The bezel itself is also set with diamonds, adding a refined sparkle that feels elegant rather than overdone. Inside is the Patek Philippe caliber E15 quartz movement, which allows the case to stay slim and easy to wear.
