The Rolex 126660 is the current generation Sea-Dweller Deepsea that boasts a stunning 44mm Oyster case, a Cerachrom ceramic bezel insert, and a maxi dial topped with Chromalight plots. The ref. 126660 is powered by a next-generation calibre 3235 Perpetual movement, complete with a 70-hour power reserve, high-performance Paraflex shock absorbers, and a Paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring. The movement also incorporates a brand new Skeletonized Chronergy escapement for a much more efficient reading. The newer-model Deepsea also notably includes a sapphire crystal without a Cyclops magnifier fixed over the date, a Titanium case back, and a Helium Escape Valve that allows the case to withstand depths of up to 12,800 feet. If you're in the market for a diver with a slightly more robust hold on the wrist, the ref. 126660 is an excellent option to consider.

I've been wanting a sea dweller since I bought my green submariner in 2004. I am so glad I waited until the 2018 deep sea version was developed. 44mm case will sand up to any pressure in saturation diving and feels great on my wrist. Glide lock clasp is micro adjustable and strong. Helium escape valve dumps helium accumulated during saturation diving. Bezel action is super smooth. Buying from Bob's is important as they can be trusted.
