Pre-Owned Rolex President 118238
The Rolex President Day-Date ref. 18238 was the first reference in the line to run on a calibre 3155 perpetual movement, which introduced the Double Quickset function. This feature allows the wearer to adjust both the date and day complications with a quick twist of the crown. In 2000, the ref. 118238 that is presented here today replaced the now-discontinued ref. 18238 and continues to run on the innovative calibre 3155.
Along with a new case and bracelet design, the ref. 118238 also brings with it a slightly improved movement with better accuracy of -2/+2 seconds per day. The used Rolex 118238 pairs a desirable satin and polished 18 karat yellow gold finish with a striking ivory pyramid dial. The case maintains a standard 36mm diameter and wears on the brand's iconic semi-circular link President bracelet with a concealed Crownclasp.
