Description: Rolex Oyster Perpetual 5050
Pre-owned Rolex Oyster Perpetual ref 5050 (1961) is a remarkable example of the iconic vintage series with a striking bubble back, acrylic crystal, and aged silver dial. Rolex released the OP to market in the 1950s, featuring a time-only dial, waterproof Oyster case, and self-winding Perpetual movement. The example you see here was produced in 1961, just a few years before the company switched from Radium to Tritium. The elegant, tapered hands, older-style hour markers, and lumed plots in a deep patina add to this pre-owned Rolex's immense charm and history. Other features include a smooth bezel and a 32mm case.
