Rolex Sea-Dweller 126600
Rolex announced the Sea-Dweller ref. 126600 at Basel World 2017, just in time for the model's 50th anniversary. With this particular model, Rolex brought back the Cyclops lens over the crystal and red text on the dial as well as increased the case size to 43mm in diameter and 22mm across the lugs. The bracelet that accompanies the case is just as innovative as the waterproof case, offering solid links that taper towards the clasp, a tool-free Glidelock extension system within the folding Oysterclasp, and brushed flat links. If you seek a pre-owned Rolex that wears larger on the wrist, the ref. 126600 may be the perfect watch for you. The depth-rating still remains the same at 4,000 feet deep, and the case is still equipped with a unidirectional time-lapse bezel, a sapphire crystal, and a Helium Escape Valve. While this depth rating may not seem practical to some, its the brand's ability to create such a watch that impresses so many avid collectors.
