This Rolex watch is in good, attractive vintage condition. The case is in good condition with normal signs of wear. The red-back "Pepsi" bezel is in great, honest condition and has faded throughout. The dial is in attractive condition and the lume plots on the dial have aged to an attractive and even pale yellow color. The hands have developed light patina and the lume in the hands are close to matching the color of the lume on the dial. The Oyster bracelet is in great condition overall with normal wear and a bit of stretch between the links which is very common for this style bracelet.
The GMT Master is Rolex's signature pilot's watch, complete with dual-time capabilities. It came to market in 1955, with ref. 1675 following shortly after in 1959. It's one of the most sought-after vintage Rolex watches on the secondary market because it's instantly recognizable with its 24-hour bezel and dedicated GMT hand. The Rolex 1675 was also notably the first GMT Master to use crown guards. Rolex initially used glossy dials in the 1675 until around 1966 and switched to matte dials.
This GMT has what collectors refer to as a Mark 4 dial and the defining characteristic of this is the tall coronet and the placement of the "M" in "Master" over the "C" in chronometer, it lines up to the center of the “C.” GMTs are some of the most sought after vintage sport Rolex watches and vintage watches in general and we just see demand rising.
This example is in overall great condition. The nicely aged, faded bezel instantly gives it that vintage charm that so many are looking for. Not to mention, the beautiful pale yellow lume really pops against the matte black dial.

I have worn this watch everyday for 47 years, had it cleaned every 8 or so years, had the bezel replaced with the new one back in the 80s. Paid $400 in Switzerland in 1970. This is the greatest lifetime deal ever!!
