Used Rolex Date 15223
The Oyster Perpetual Date came to market a few years after its larger cousin the Datejust in the 1950s and is characterized by a modest 34mm case and a sophisticated dial topped with an automatically changing date display. Similar to the Datejust, the Date utilizes an Oyster case with waterproofness up to 330 feet as well as a Perpetual movement with self-winding technology to deliver a highly reliable reading. The ref. 15223 is a striking variation of the Date that showcases a stainless steel and yellow gold finish as well as a distinctive engine-turned bezel and a contrasting black dial with yellow gold indices and hands.
