Vintage Watch Condition Examination
This GMT-Master is in attractive vintage condition with wear consistent with age. The case is in good condition with normal signs of wear. The bezel insert is in great condition with light wear; it is a later replacement. The dial is overall great, attractive condition with light patina. The hands and hour markers have developed patina. The lume on the dial has developed patina and present as a lovely pale yellow color. The lume in the hands has developed patina and are a bit more marshmallow colored. The minute hand has a small spot of lume repair towards the tip.
Rolex GMT-Master 1675 Root Beer
The reference 1675 is the second iteration of the original GMT Master and was offered in many variations. A handful of metal options were produced under ref. 1675, including the steel and gold like the example we have here. Rolex offered these with either a black dial and matching bezel or like this example with a brown dial and matching brown and gold "Root beer" colored bezel.

Well represented watch in excellent condition. Super fast shipping. My second purchase from Bobs but not my last. Their watches seem to be in better condition than many of the others I’ve seen online.

I have worn this watch everyday for 47 years, had it cleaned every 8 or so years, had the bezel replaced with the new one back in the 80s. Paid $400 in Switzerland in 1970. This is the greatest lifetime deal ever!!
