The Railmaster belongs to the Seamaster collection. It came to the market in 1957 as part of the brand's trio of professional watches. Like the other tool watches offered at the time, the Railmaster was developed to cater to a specific profession, specifically railway workers. One requirement for a watch to prove useful for this line of work is significant anti-magnetism, and the Railmaster delivers with resistance to up to 15,000 gauss. The ref. 220.127.116.11.06.001 is a modern edition that pays tribute to the original 1957 model with a heavily vintage-inspired design. It features Superluminova in a vintage hue on the dial, a domed and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and water-resistance up to 150 meters.
