Pre-owned Rolex Datejust 36 ref 16264 (2000 - 2001) is a classic DJ36, just with the added functionality of a rotatable bezel. It was the first of its kind when it hit the market in the 1950s, pre-dating tool watches like the Submariner and GMT Master. Nowadays, the Turn-o-Graph, aka "Rolex Thunderbird," has been overshadowed by the rest of the Crown's portfolio and officially bowed out of production sometime in the 2010s. However, there's still a healthy amount of interest in the watch, both for its unique functionality and its place in Rolex history. Ref. 16264 is a coveted all-silver model featuring a stainless steel case, a stainless steel bracelet, a white gold bezel, and a matching silver dial.
This 1991 Rolex Datejust Turn-O-Graph arrived in excellent condition, with a white-gold rotating bezel which beautifully complimented the stainless steel case and jubilee bracelet. The watch was properly regulated to Rolex standards per my timegrapher. I am very pleased with this purchase.
