This pre-owned IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 TOP GUN Ceratanium IW388106 (2025) features a 41mm Ceratanium case with a matte black finish, combining titanium lightness with ceramic-like scratch resistance for a stealth, durable design. The black dial offers excellent legibility with luminous Arabic numerals, three chronograph sub-dials, and a day-date display at 3 o’clock. Powered by the IWC Caliber 69385 automatic chronograph movement with a 46-hour power reserve, it is finished on a black rubber strap with textile inlay, delivering aviation-inspired performance with modern, rugged versatility.

Pre-owned IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 TOP GUN Ceratanium ref IW388106 (2025) was initially a 2022 Watches & Wonders novelty and the brand's first 41mm chronograph furnished entirely in "Ceratanium," a material that, as its name suggests, delivers the lightweight feel of titanium, coupled with the hardness and scratch-resistance of ceramic. The case is made of the material, while the case back is a tinted synthetic sapphire crystal, giving us a nice view of the self-winding calibre 69385 inside and its Côtes de Genève decoration. A black strap and black dial complete the notoriously stealthy "Top Gun" IWC aesthetic. Here, the dial has a classic tri-compax chronograph layout with room at 3 o'clock for the day of the week and the date. Bold, luminescent hour markers and sword-shaped hands pop against the dark dial, making the watch easy to read at a glance in light or dark environments.
